Jessejump manufactures dog agility training equipment which is sold wholesale to the general public and the pet trade. Our goods comprises of training jumps/hurdles and training weave sets.
Privacy policy
●The only personally identifiable information we normally collect is your name, address, email address and phone number. If we need to recorded any credit card details we will destroy them after payment has been processed.
●This information is used to post your purchases to you, and enables us to contact you if it becomes necessary.
●We do not share any of this information with anyone.
●This information is sent to us by paypal when you conclude a sale on our website. Or obtained by a sales person if goods are purchased by post, over the phone or face to face sales.
●Customers can contact us by post, phone, or mail see our contact details at bottom of page.
●To prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information we collect, it is stored under lock and key and password protected and destroyed once order is completed
●Customers can contact us by phone or email if they need to alter any information they have submitted .
Delivery policy
●We post via Parcelforce 48
●We deliver to all UK addresses (that have UK postcodes) and can email quotes to other countries
●We normally post next working day and parcels normally take 3-5 working days standard parcel or 48 Hrs via parcelforce.
●We will normally email parcelforce tracking numbers to website customers within 24hrs of order being placed.
●Customers can request further information from us via phone or email.
Return/Refund/Cancellation policy
●We will refund the price of goods that are returned in an unused unopened state. We cannot refund postage costs. We will replace any broken components free of charge within 3 weeks of your original order.
●To get a full refund of the goods value they must be returned within 3 weeks of your order. We recommend you use a trackable postage with sufficient postage insurance as we cannot refund goods lost in the post.
●If you want to exchange an item we will charge postage for the replacement order unless the original mistake was ours.
●We will include a return shipping label with every order.
●Our postal address and email address is clearly written on our invoices in case you need to contact us about your order.
●When returning goods include a note explaining reasons for returning the goods and your name, address & telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.
●If you need to cancel an order contact us immediately by phone as cant stop any order once it has been posted.
